Met de instreamer (zender) van Barix kunt een audio signaal transporteren via een DSL, ADSL, kabel of LAN netwerk. Het audiosignaal wordt gecodeerd in MP3 en kan overal naar getransporteerd worden. Maximaal haalbare audiokwaliteit is 192 Kbs.

Think of the Instreamer IP audio encoder as a counterpart to the Exstreamer since it brings the sound into the network, rather than bringing the sound out!
